An international conference with more than 2000 attendees, highlighting the many challenges facing the Caribbean—the region with the world's second highest adult HIV prevalence.
Collaborated with the logo artist in translating the logo from an original painting into a high-resolution digital image, redrawn using Adobe Illustrator and rendered in Photoshop.
Teamed with other graphics team members in designing the many meeting materials: save-the-date postcards, banners, registration forms, blast emails, the Call for Abstracts, signage, nametags, conference programs, agenda-at-a-glance, letterhead and envelopes, and tote bags. Additionally, worked with the web development team in designing a conference website and blast email. Coordinated all print production: troubleshooting all files before sending them to the print vendors, reviewing production proofs and attending press inspections to ensure that high-production standards and deadlines were met for each piece.
Conference materials were awarded the IABC DC Metro 2012 Silver Inkwell Award from the International Association of Business Communicators and the 2012 Apex Award of Excellence.
