Designed and formatted these 40–50 page reports, released annually 2005–2013, comprising dozens of tables, charts, and figures. Deliverables were press-ready files and specifications, as well as a bookmarked and web-optimized PDFs. 

In addition, formatted a series of shorter-topic “Spotlight" PDFs, of 8–20 pages each, which focussed on specific issues related to healthcare spending in Maryland.
