The National AIDS Minority Council and OAR held a series of Regional Dialogues to identify critical issues, barriers and strategies to ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the participants' regions. 

Designed and laid-out the 16-page report, as well as creating the all backgrounds, figures, and illustrations. Prepared high-resolution files for the digital-print vendor, as well as a bookmarked PDF for display online.
