These two websites were created in Wordpress, so content could be easily monitored and updated by the committee members.

  • Conceptualized and designed UX and website graphics. Upon approval, provided the development team with customized Wordpress templates, comprehensive HTML and CSS for layout, palette, menus, table formatting, effects, button, and form elements.
  • Designed and coded accompanying blast email templates.
  • A series of coordinated forms, factsheets, and registration materials were also created, for distribution as both editable Word documents and 508-compliant PDFs.

Center for AIDS Research (CFAR)'s ADELANTE Mentorship Program. Funded by the National Institutes of Health, CFAR supported ADELANTE Team projects over a two-year period, including mentor training and research implementation.

Creative and Novel Ideas in HIV Research (CNIHR). The National Institutes of Health, in partnership with the Centers for AIDS Research and the International AIDS Society, established this award program to support innovative research projects to introduce scientists from other disciplines to HIV research.

IFED Infant Study

Infant Feeding & Early Development (IFED) Study. A National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) research study, exploring the health implications of early exposure to soy. Two websites were established: one to recruit infants, and another for toddlers.

Study of the Environment, Lifestyle & Fibroids (SELF). A National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) study, using ultrasound screening to learn more about long-term health and reproductive complications caused by uterine fibroids in young African American women.
